Pale gold; aromas of lemon, white peach, honey and toasted hazelnut. Creamy, mid-weight palate with bright citrus acidity, saline minerality and a long, slightly bitter lemon finish.

Hand-harvested; whole-cluster pressing; barrel (French oak) fermentation with malolactic; aged 6–12 months on lees with occasional bâtonnage; light filtration and estate bottling.
