Pale-gold, with baked apple, pear and citrus layered over brioche, toast and subtle almond/umami notes. Silky mousse, bright acidity and a long, saline-tinged finish.

釀造方式
 
Méthode traditionnelle; partial fermentation in old Burgundian oak; extended lees ageing (~48 months); disgorged and dosed to ~6–7 g/L; cork closure.
