Crisp, citrus‑driven dry white: lime, grapefruit and white peach with acacia blossom, subtle toasted oak and silky mid‑palate. Mineral, saline undertones and a long, zesty finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested, refrigerated sorting and gentle press. Partial fermentation in oak barrels and stainless steel, ~6 months on lees with regular bâtonnage, then blended and bottled.
