Concentrated, chalky Chardonnay with grapefruit, lemon peel and white stone fruit, toasted hazelnut, flinty/smoky minerality and saline, textured mid-palate with a long, precise finish.

Western: grilled lobster, seared scallops, roast chicken, creamy pasta, washed-rind cheeses. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, sushi (fatty cuts), Thai coconut curry, vegetable tempura.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested; whole-cluster pressing; native yeast fermentation in 228L French oak (3rd/4th fill); 24 months élevage on lees; dry-farmed, massal ungrafted vines.

RETA is the personal project of winemaker Marcelo Retamal (launched 2019); Quebrada Seca planted 1993 is Limarí’s oldest Chardonnay site, dry-farmed and influenced by Pacific camanchaca.
