Deep amber; rich layers of ripe plum, dried fig, candied orange, jasmine and honey, finishing with roasted cocoa, hazelnut and warm spice. Sage smoothness and very long finish.

Western: dark chocolate, roast duck, grilled lamb, blue cheese, caramel desserts. Asian: Peking duck, Cantonese roast pork, mooncakes, char siu, aged tofu dishes (mapo tofu variations).
 

 
釀造方式
 
Blend of several hundred eaux-de-vie from Grande & Petite Champagne, aged in French oak casks and masterfully blended (XO) by the House cellar team. Limited editions feature special decanters/packaging.
