Bright lemon oil, green apple and pear with stone-fruit mid-palate, wet-limestone minerality and saline-cool finish; subtle creaminess and restrained oak, precise and persistent.

Certified-organic grapes from ~40-year-old vines; gentle pressing; ~50% in barrique (small % new) and ~50% large Stockinger foudres (600L) for slow oxygen exchange; 12–15 months élevage.
