Deep black-fruit core of blackberry, cassis and boysenberry with violet, clove oil, tobacco leaf and crushed stone. Full-bodied, opulent palate with ripe, grainy tannins, bright freshness and a very long, mineral-laced finish.

Western: dry-aged ribeye, roast lamb, beef short ribs, aged cheddar. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (Cantonese BBQ pork), Korean BBQ short ribs (galbi), braised beef with soy and star anise.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Small-lot fermentation from To Kalon fruit; destemmed, native/selected yeast fermentations and maceration; aged ~18–20 months in French oak (majority new). Minimal-intervention, fruit-focused winemaking.
