Blackcurrant and blackberry fruit with cedar, vanilla and subtle tobacco notes. Velvety texture, integrated firm tannins, medium–full body and an elegant, lingering finish.

Hand-harvested; sorting table, cold maceration (≈4 days), vatting 25–30 days, pneumatic pressing; stainless steel fermentation and ~18 months ageing in oak barrels.
