White peach, lemon citrus and Asian pear aromas; Gravenstein apple, stone fruit, vanilla and Meyer lemon flavors. Creamy, textured with bright acidity, a hint of minerality and a lingering finish.

Fermented in stainless steel (no malolactic conversion), aged ~10 months on fine lees in 100% French oak barrels (≈17% new); periodic lees stirring for texture.
