Light yellow Blanc de Noirs with bakery, bay leaf, lime, pink grapefruit, blood orange, toasted almond and saline minerality. Chalky texture, vibrant acidity, concentrated palate with fine mousse and a long, mineral finish.

Raventós i Blanc is a multi‑century family estate (since 1497) in Penedès, pioneering sustainable and biodynamic viticulture. Textures de Pedra is site-specific from the stony Vinya Més Alta.
