Struck-match reduction with lime, lemon, green apple and subtle oatmeal/yeasty notes. Stony minerality, bright citrus acidity and focused, elegant palate; medium-bodied with a dry, precise finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested, whole-bunch pressed; fermented in Burgundian barrels and amphorae, matured on lees in older oak for ~11–12 months. Minimal intervention; usually no malolactic conversion.
