Pronounced aromas of stone fruit, white flowers, pastry cream, honey and saffron with saline mineral undertones. Silky, concentrated palate with bright acidity and a long, saline, slightly honeyed finish.

釀造方式
 
Partially oak-fermented; aged 8 months on fine lees in ~60% new barriques and 40% stainless steel; light filtration before bottling.
