Aromatic linden and acacia with herbal thyme and fennel; flavors of Asian and poached pear, citrus zest, white peach and honey; pronounced saline/mineral streak, silky texture, bright acidity and a long, saline finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested single-vineyard Fiano; gentle whole-bunch pressing; 70% stainless-steel / 30% new oak fermentation; aged ~8 months on fine lees with periodic bâtonnage.
