釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested; traditional red fermentation; 50% Baga / 50% Touriga Nacional; matured c.18 months in new French oak (French barrels) and bottle-aged before release.

Quinta do Encontro is a modern Bairrada estate (facility opened 2007) producing contemporary regional wines; winemaking led by enologist Paulo Prior, working with long-standing local vineyards.
