Green-lemon hue with flinty minerality, lime and lemon curd, samphire and hazelnut notes. Taut, concentrated palate with fine phenolics and a long, saline, mineral finish.

釀造方式
 
Crushed and soaked ~4 hours; whole-bunch/foot-stomp pressing; wild (vineyard) yeast fermentation in aged French oak; 12 months on lees in barrel, then ~5 months on light lees in stainless steel; bottled unfined and unfiltered.
