品鑑筆記
 
Medium-full-bodied red with black cherry, plum, violet and graphite aromas; notes of dried herbs, white pepper and dark chocolate. Velvety texture, fine-grained tannins and a focused, mineral-driven finish.

Western: roast lamb, grilled steak, braised beef, mushroom risotto, aged hard cheeses (Manchego, aged Cheddar). Asian: Peking duck, Korean bulgogi, char siu or teriyaki beef, beef bulgogi, hearty Sichuan dishes and grilled lamb skewers.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested grapes; controlled-temperature fermentation with gentle maceration; light aging in large (≈400L) French oak barrels (mostly used) to preserve fresh fruit and add subtle oak complexity.

Prats & Symington is a joint venture (since 1999) between the Prats (Bordeaux) and Symington (Douro) families. Made at Quinta de Roriz and Quinta da Perdiz; Post Scriptum is the second wine to Chryseia.
