Aromatic red and dark cherry, wild berry and spice with savory earth, licorice and subtle vanilla. Silk-textured palate, moderate tannins, mineral lift and a long, refined finish.

Hand-harvested, destemmed; cold soak then ~3-week maceration on indigenous yeasts; aged ~15 months in French oak (≈30% new); typically bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Domaine de la Pousse d'Or is a historic Burgundy estate led by Patrick Landanger. Clos d'Audignac is a Volnay 1er Cru monopole. The domaine moved toward biodynamic practices from 2013 and received Demeter certification later.
