Layered red and black cherry, plum and violet with salty minerality, black tea and spice. Medium-plus body, silky yet firm tannins, energetic acidity and a lingering mineral-tinged finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir, native-yeast fermentation, vinified and aged in large clay amphorae (no new oak for amphore cuvée); minimal SO2 added only at bottling.
