Aromas of violets, dark cherry, plum and black raspberry with subtle chocolate and mineral notes. Medium-bodied, fresh acidity, fine-grained tannins and a dusty, saline finish with long, savory black-fruit persistence.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir; cold soak, ~3-week maceration; partial destemming; malolactic fermentation; aged ~15–18 months with ~30% new French oak; often bottled unfined/unfiltered.
