Fine, persistent mousse with orchard fruits (pear, apple), citrus zest and white flowers; lees-derived brioche, honey and toasted almond add creaminess. Balanced acidity, elegant texture and a long, citrus-tinged finish.

釀造方式
 
Méthode traditionnelle: secondary fermentation in bottle, blend of equal parts Pinot Noir/Meunier/Chardonnay with ~25% reserve wines; aged about four years on the lees before disgorgement.
