Explosive Mediterranean maquis, black cherry, plum, blackberry and jammy blue fruits with hints of mocha, cloves and cigar box. Palate is fleshy, mineral-crisp with polished yet grippy tannins and a long licorice-tinged finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested; destemmed and fermented on skins (~14 days) in stainless steel with repeated mixing; malolactic in steel; matured ~12 months in 25–35 hl oak casks.
