Mineral-driven red with sour cherry, wild strawberry, vanilla and floral notes; undergrowth, myrtle, rhubarb and black pepper; fleshy, bright acidity and a smooth, iron-tinged finish.
 

 
搭配食物
 
Western: pasta with tomato sauce, grilled lamb chops, roast pork, pizza, aged cheeses. Asian: teriyaki salmon, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu pork, spicy Sichuan pork, yakitori. Pairs well with tomato-based and umami-rich dishes.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested grapes, refrigerated and hand-selected; destemmed and fermented in wooden and stainless vats (~23°C) with 14–18 days skin contact and daily punchdowns; matured 6–8 months in large oak vats and stainless steel. Organic/SOStain practices.
 

 
酒莊資訊
 
Produced at Planeta’s Feudo di Mezzo (Castiglione di Sicilia). Vineyards on lava-sand soils at ~510–610m; family-run Planeta estate practicing organic/SOStain viticulture. First vintage 2012.
