Rich light-gold Chardonnay with ripe yellow peach, apple, acacia honey, marzipan, toasted hazelnut and subtle cereal/peaty notes. Creamy, silky texture with refreshing acidity and a long, mineral-tinged finish.

Western: roast veal, seared foie gras, mushroom risotto, roast chicken, creamy seafood pastas. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, chicken teriyaki, creamy Thai curries, tempura, rich sushi (fatty fish).
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested, refrigerated grapes; soft pressing and static sedimentation; fermentation and 11-month ageing in 225L Allier French oak (40% new, 30% second-use, 30% third-use) with regular bâtonnage. Organic SOStain viticulture.
