品鑑筆記
 
Golden-straw icewine with intense aromas of ripe pear, lychee, candied citrus and honeyed apricot. Mouth-filling palate of peach, apricot, tropical fruit and baking spice, lifted by bright acidity and a long, honeyed finish.

Western: blue cheese, aged cheddar, foie gras, citrus tarts, crème brûlée. Asian: mango sticky rice, yuzu or citrus-based desserts, green-tea panna cotta, mildly spiced Peking duck with hoisin.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested Vidal grapes picked frozen on the vine (≤ -8°C) and pressed while frozen; cool fermentation and stainless-steel ageing to preserve freshness and concentration.
