品鑑筆記
 
Golden, lush icewine: aromas of fresh peach, apricot, lychee and wildflower honey. Palate is mouth-filling with pineapple, orange peel and candied citrus, bright acidity and an extended, lingering finish.

Western: aged cheddar, deep‑veined blue cheese, crème brûlée, lemon tart, fruit pavlova, foie gras. Asian: mango sticky rice, Chinese mooncakes, sweet sesame desserts, lightly spiced Thai or Szechuan dishes (contrast with sweetness), or soy-glazed salmon.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Vidal grapes left on the vine until naturally frozen, hand-harvested in winter (picked frozen), pressed while frozen to concentrate must, then slow fermentation to preserve fruit and aromatics.
