Fine, persistent mousse; aromas of white flowers, brioche, green apple, lemon confit and hazelnut. Palate is textural and mineral with citrus, linden blossom and a long almond-tinged finish.

Oysters, scallops, lobster, grilled or steamed white fish; sushi, sashimi, tempura, dim sum, steamed bao; roast chicken with cream sauce, soft cheeses (Brie, Camembert).
 

 
釀造方式
 
Traditional method (méthode champenoise). 100% Grand Cru Chardonnay from Les Montjolys parcels; parcels vinified separately, partial malolactic possible; aged on lees 6+ years; low dosage (~3.5–4.5 g/L).
