Focused blanc de blancs: lemon peel, green apple, white peach, almond and hazelnut with chalky minerality, brioche and a saline, citrus‑pith finish. Bright, crystalline and long.

Family estate founded 1919; ~19 ha of Grand Cru Chardonnay in Le Mesnil, Oger, Avize and Cramant. Les Chétillons is a single‑vineyard parcel producing prized blanc de blancs.
