品鑑筆記
 
Silky, driven by ripe red and black cherry, wild berry, violet and subtle spice. Silky texture, fine tannins, cocoa and forest-floor notes with a long, mineral-tinged finish. (2022 shows ripe concentration with freshness).

Western: roast duck, beef Wellington, venison, coq au vin, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, miso-glazed salmon, soy‑braised mushrooms, teriyaki duck; aged cheeses and mushroom-based dishes.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir, variable destemming, indigenous-yeast fermentation, extended maceration and élevage 12–18 months in French oak (10–30% new for premiers crus). Light filtration before bottling.
