Bright pale-salmon; aromas of raspberry, redcurrant, pink grapefruit and violets. Palate shows mandarin, raspberry, strawberry, Turkish delight and pistachio, with crisp acidity, fine mousse, delicate dosage and a lively, sprightly finish.

Non-vintage cuvée assembled by Thiénot in collaboration with Penfolds; méthode traditionnelle (bottle fermentation), aged on lees (≈4 years), blended with reserve wine before disgorgement.
