Youthful pale-salmon. Bright raspberry, redcurrant and strawberry with pink grapefruit and mandarin marmalade; floral violets and lily. Lively palate—crisp acidity, delicate dosage, notes of Turkish delight, pistachio and a friendly effervescence with a medium finish.

Oysters, smoked salmon, seafood platters, sushi/sashimi, tempura, dim sum, light poultry (roast chicken), duck confit, creamy cheeses, charcuterie, spicy Thai or Vietnamese dishes.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Non-vintage blend, traditional méthode champenoise. Aged ~4 years on lees; primarily 2016 base wines with reserve wine component.
