Bright purplish-red. Aromas of strawberry, raspberry, rose and subtle tobacco. Fresh, focused fruit with light Nebbiolo tannins, well-integrated oak and a persistent, stimulating finish.

Western: roasted beef, braised short ribs, mushroom risotto, aged Italian cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (Cantonese BBQ pork), beef stir-fry, milder Sichuan dishes, grilled yakitori.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Short, temperature-controlled maceration to preserve freshness; ~20–30% aged in barrique, remainder in 50 hl oak for ~8–9 months; brief bottle rest before release.

Pelissero is a family-owned Treiso/Neive producer (est. 1960) farming ~42 ha of estate vineyards, focusing on Nebbiolo, Barbera and Dolcetto.
