Bright purple-red; aromas of red cherry, black plum and floral notes. Palate delivers blackberry/black cherry, fine tannins, savory herbal accents and a slightly bitter almond finish typical of Dolcetto.

Western: pasta al ragù, roasted lamb, grilled pork, pizza, aged cheeses. Asian: char siu or Cantonese roast pork, Korean BBQ, teriyaki chicken, mushroom stir-fries, milder Indian or Southeast Asian curries.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Controlled-temperature fermentation with short maceration (4–5 days), cold decanting, aged 6–7 months in stainless steel and ~1 month in bottle before release.
