Vivid ruby; concentrated black and blue fruits (blackberry, cassis) with violet florals, black pepper, liquorice and subtle smoked/mineral notes. Smooth, ripe tannins, lively acidity and a long, perfumed finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested, 100% destemmed Syrah; ~3 weeks maceration, malolactic fermentation; aged 12–18 months in French oak (≈20% new in 2016).
