Garnet red; ripe red berries (strawberry, red currant), floral notes (peony, dried roses), baking spice and a touch of pepper. Generous fruit, fresh finish and restrained, silky tannins.

Hand-harvested; mixed varieties co‑fermented with Grenache; Syrah vinified separately with ~3-week maceration; aged ~6 months on fine lees in stainless steel and tronconic oak vats. Organic viticulture.
