Deep ruby with Bing cherry, wild mountain berry, pomegranate and damp earth. Coastal salinity and oyster-shell minerality underpin silky texture, bright acidity and gently chalky tannins, finishing long with spice and floral perfume.

Hand-sorted fruit; a percentage whole-cluster; indigenous yeast fermentations in small open-top stainless tanks; 5-day cold soak, 15-day maceration; gentle punchdowns; spontaneous malolactic in barrel; ~11 months in French oak (c.27% new); bottled unfined and unfiltered.
