Nathan Coombs Estate (Coombsville) is Paul Hobbs' estate vineyard planted to Bordeaux varieties on volcanic soils. Paul Hobbs founded Paul Hobbs Winery in 1991 and produces site-driven, high-end Napa Cabernet bottlings.
