Dark ruby with violet and wild berry aromas, cedar, cocoa and subtle smoke; juicy, fresh acidity, fine-grained tannins, spiced finish—persistent and harmonious.

Western: grilled/roasted red meats, lamb, venison, mushroom risotto, aged cheeses (pecorino). Asian: Korean BBQ, teriyaki or char siu beef, Peking duck, spicy Sichuan beef, miso-glazed dishes, yakitori.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Destemmed grapes, 10–15 day skin maceration and stainless-steel fermentation; ~12–14 months ageing in Slavonian oak (80%) and used French barriques (20%), followed by bottle ageing.
