品鑑筆記
 
Ruby red with aromas of blackberry, wild blueberry, clove and leather. Dry, velvety palate with well-integrated tannins, bright acidity, mineral/volcanic grip and a persistent, slightly spicy finish.

Western: grilled/roasted red meats, braised lamb, game, mushroom risotto, aged pecorino or Parmigiano-Reggiano. Asian: beef bulgogi, char siu or hoisin-glazed pork, spicy Sichuan beef, grilled lamb skewers with cumin, hearty noodle dishes with rich meat sauces.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Destemmed grapes; cold maceration and 12–15 days skin contact in stainless steel with pump-overs; aged ~12–14 months (≈80% Slavonian oak casks, 20% French barrique), followed by bottle aging.
