Vibrant ruby with aromas of blackberry, blueberry, wild berries and pepper. Dry, velvety palate with well-integrated tannins, lively acidity and a persistent, savory finish.

Western: grilled or braised red meats, roast lamb, venison, game, rich stews, aged cheeses. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu, teriyaki beef, spicy Sichuan-style beef, hearty miso ramen with braised pork.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Destemmed grapes; 12–15 day maceration on skins in stainless steel at 25–28°C; aged 12–14 months (80% in large Slavonian oak casks, 20% in used French barriques); followed by bottle aging.

Paternoster is a family estate in Barile (since 1927) farming old vineyards on Mount Vulture’s volcanic soils (450–600m). Known for traditional Aglianico production; from 2016 works with Tommasi for expanded expertise and distribution.
