Hand‑harvested high‑elevation fruit; whole‑cluster sorting and pressing; juice settled in stainless then barrel‑fermented in 100% new French oak with native yeasts; full malolactic fermentation and 12 months sur‑lie aging; bottled unfined and unfiltered.
