Bright ruby red with raspberry, strawberry and cherry fruit, floral and light earthy notes, subtle spice and toast. Fresh, perfumed acidity, silky round tannins and a medium-length, vibrant finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested grapes; cold pre-fermentation maceration, controlled fermentation (~25°C), extended skin contact, partial whole-berry/skin-free fermentation, malolactic conversion, 10–12 months in new and used French oak.
