Clear amber color; aromas of dried orchard fruit, caramel, toasted nuts and soy/umami. Mellow, slightly sweet palate with savory depth, gentle acidity and a warm, persistent finish.

釀造方式
 
Traditional huangjiu method: steamed glutinous rice and wheat starter (qu), natural fermentation and 10 years aging in earthenware/jar cellars; occasional caramel coloring used for appearance.
