Bright straw-yellow; aromas of pink grapefruit, kiwi, lemon peel and wild herbs. Silky texture with ripe melon, yellow apple, saline minerality and a long, sapid finish.

Spaghetti with sardines, white fish stew, grilled sea bass, lemon-herb chicken, risotto al limone; Asian: sashimi/sushi, light Thai fish curry, steamed fish with ginger and scallions.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested. Brief pre-fermentation maceration; fermented ~3 weeks in large wooden barrels (12–30 hl) and aged ~8 months on fine lees.
