Fine, persistent bubbles with citrus-straw color. Aromas of green apple, ripe plum, brioche and light caramel; crisp acidity, balanced fruit and a persistent, elegant finish.

釀造方式
 
Méthode traditionnelle (Champenoise): pneumatic pressing, 1st fermentation in stainless steel, 2nd fermentation in bottle and extended lees aging (≈3+ years).
