Pale citrus color with green apple, baked apple, stone-fruit and biscuit notes. Fine, persistent bubbles, bright acidity and a clean, slightly nutty, lingering finish.

Aperitif; oysters, mussels, shellfish, sushi/sashimi, tempura, ceviche, Asian dim sum, spicy Thai or Vietnamese dishes; grilled fish, roasted chicken, light pasta and salads.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Méthode traditionnelle (bottle fermented): pneumatic pressing, stainless-steel base fermentation, second fermentation in bottle and ~3 years lees ageing before disgorgement.

Caves da Murganheira (founded 1947) in Vale do Varosa. ~30 ha owned vineyards, partners with many growers; famous blue-granite cellars and focus on méthode traditionnelle sparklers.
