Powerful, earthy Pommard: sour cherry, raspberry, fig and vineyard peach with orange peel, violet and clove. Silky entry, ripe acidity, present fine tannins, subtle animal/umami and a mineral, persistent finish.

Hand-harvested from a 1.1 ha monopole; low yields (25–30 hl/ha); traditional fermentation and élevage; aged 18–22 months in French oak barrels (10–15% new).

Clos du Moulin aux Moines is a historic walled domaine in Auxey‑Duresses (Rollin family ownership since 2018). Produces monopole Clos Orgelot (~1.1 ha); certified organic (Ecocert) since 2012 and Demeter biodynamic since 2021.
