Deep ruby with purple rim. Aromas of blackberry, blueberry, bell pepper and black pepper, with cocoa and vanilla from French oak. Plush, smooth palate of dark berry, spice and mocha, fine-grained tannins and a long, savory finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested fruit from hillside Apalta blocks; fermented with careful extraction and matured 16 months (80% new French oak, 20% second/third-use barrels).
