Deep ruby with purple rim. Intense blackberry, blueberry, black pepper, leather, smoked meat and dark chocolate notes; creamy mid-palate, velvety tannins and a long spicy, savory finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, venison, beef stew, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Korean BBQ (galbi), Sichuan beef, char siu, spicy Malaysian rendang, Peking duck.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand‑harvested on steep Apalta slopes; rigorous grape selection; low yields; fermented (partly wild yeasts), bled to concentrate; aged ~18 months in new French oak; lightly filtered or unfiltered.
