Deep ruby with violet rim. Intense aromas of blueberry, blackberry, black pepper, leather, dark chocolate and smoked meat. Full-bodied, concentrated dark-fruit core, integrated oak, velvety tannins and a long savory finish.

Grilled/roasted lamb, ribeye or braised beef, game (venison), aged cheddar or Manchego; Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), char siu, spicy Sichuan beef, Thai red curry.
 

 
釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested, double-sorted fruit; cold soak followed by controlled-temperature fermentation, malolactic conversion and 14–18 months in French oak (majority new).
