Concentrated black and blue fruits (blackberry, black plum), black pepper, smoked meat, leather and dark chocolate; velvety, dense texture, polished round tannins and a long, spicy finish.

釀造方式
 
Hand-harvested, double-sorted fruit; cold soak then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless tanks; malolactic conversion; aged 14–18 months in French oak (≈70–80% new).
